Scroll the PDF continuously or page by page

1. Open Settings (the gear, or ⌘ ,), choose PDF & Viewer and the Layout tab.
2. Under Page Display, choose Continuous Scrolling or Paged. Continuous is the default.
3. Quicker: in PDF-only view, tap the Page Display button in the PDF toolbar to switch. In split view it is in the … menu over the PDF.
