Ask the AI to add an equation

1. Open AI Chat with the robot button or ⇧ ⌘ C, and choose Code only mode.
2. Describe the equation and say where it goes in words. The assistant reads your file but not your cursor position, so name the place, for example: “After the paragraph that ends with ‘boundary conditions’, add the heat equation as a numbered equation with the label eq:heat.”
3. Send it. The new lines appear in the editor as a proposal.
4. Check the equation and tap Accept, or Reject and ask again with more detail.
5. Compile to see it in the PDF.
